Community Connector Team Member
Do you find yourself sharing the joy of family history research with others? This position works with the Community Connector Chair to bring family history research to members of the community through presentations, events and other opportunities. Position Summary
To share the joy of family history research while highlighting the benefits of an AGS membership, including what our library has to offer, by giving presentations, hosting workshops, and representing our organization at trade shows and other events. What it means to volunteer as Community Connector Team Member
In this role, you will have the opportunity to give presentations and host workshops and other events in collaboration with local organizations, including the Edmonton Public Library, seniors' residences and organizations, community leagues, and other societies. You have the opportunity to bring AGS to more family researchers and members of the public and spread the love of family history!
